Mrs. Thelma Ivey Brown
THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Mrs. Thelma Ivey Brown of Thomson was held on Saturday, May 13, 2006, at 2 p.m. at the Stoney Grove C.M.E. Church with the Rev. Cecil Gresham officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are six sons and two daughters, Bobby Ivey, Garvin Brown, James Brown, Larry Brown, William Brown, David A. Brown, Edith Ivey and Thelma Diane Harris, all of Thomson; seven sisters and three brothers, Mary Francis Taylor of Harlem, Betsy McGahee, Cleo Feltz, Betty Jackson, Lena Ivey, Lula Bell Hobbs, Bobbie Ivey, Henry Junior Ivey, Herbert Ivey, all of Thomson, Tolby Ivey of Atlanta and Annie Pearl Ivey of Augusta; 21 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
