Moss weds Chereck in Savannah ceremony in April

Emily Elizabeth Moss and Adam Grantham Chereck were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2007, at Whitfield Square in Savannah. Rev. Steven P. Schulte officiated.

Emily is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Wesley Moss of Thomson. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Benjamin Ganci of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Adell Moss of Alpharetta, Ga. Emily is a graduate of Thomson High School and the University of Georgia. She is employed as an account manager with HEALTHeCAREERS Network in Denver, Col.

Adam is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alan Chereck of Dallas, Tex. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Allan Smith of Dallas, Tex., and Mrs. Herbert Augustine Chereck and the late Mr. Herbert Augustine Chereck of Eugene, Ore. Adam is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School in Dallas, Tex., and the University of Texas. He is employed as an international operations specialist with Janus Capital International, Limited in Denver, Col.

Given in marriage by her father and mother, Emily chose her sister, Mari Margaret Moss as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Chereck Campbell, sister of the groom, Jessica Rose Hartfield and Jennifer Lauren Holsonback, friends of the bride.

Adam chose his brother, Robert Andrew Chereck, as his best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Philip Moss, brother of the bride; Brett Andrew Gall and Andrew Ryan Slaton, friends of the groom.

Program attendants were Heather Elizabeth DiFiore, Hannah Rebekah Atkins, and Anna Ramsey Jacobs. Ushers were Gregory David Campbell, Chase Martin Gall, David Bennett Grinsfelder, and Mark Lawrence Halford. Escorted by Mr. Robert Alan Chereck, Lady Abigail of Bear Creek served as flower girl. Music was provided by Ricardo Ochoa and Charles McCracken.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Walker Mansion. The couple honeymooned in Antigua and will reside in Denver, Col.
