Shane and Stephanie Hawkins of Washington would like to announce the birth of their son, Brooks H. Hawkins, on May 12, 2006, at Doctors Hospital. He weighed 7 lbs. and was 20 1/2 in. long.

Maternal grandparents are Wanda Sisson of Thomson and Bill Schlunz of Orlando, Fla. Paternal grandparents are Kitty and Allen Hawkins of Thomson.
Brooks was welcomed home by his four-year-old big sister, Shayna Hawkins.
