Signing for a soldier

Bill Raddy, a 23-year military veteran, signs a greeting book that will be mailed to a soldier in Iraq. The Thomson Post Office played host to an Armed Forces Day celebration Saturday morning. The event was organized by the Quality Work Life Employees Involvement Team, which includes workers from post offices in several counties around McDuffie.
