THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Nancy Stewart Love, 56, beloved wife of Eugene Love, died Friday, May 27, 2005 in the University Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 29, 2005 in the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Harlem with Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Russell Minor, A.J. Sleister, Rick Faglier, Mike Maddox, Billy Vaughn and Callaway Workman.
Mrs. Love, a native of Glasscock County, was an administrative assistant for Hulke Construction Company and the former owner of Nancy Love Cleaning Service. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and the Women of Faith.
Mrs. Love was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Ford Stewart and Georgia Denton Edwards.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Love of Thomson; three daughters and sons-in-law, Lee and Ralph Poole of Thomson, Angie and Brian Adams of Gibson, Robbie and Duane Poole of Gibson; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Marie Johnson of Dearing; two brothers, Fred Stewart of Thomson, Bobby Lee Stewart of Thomson; two sisters, Juanita Stutts of Thomson, Marie Morgan of Austell; 12 grandchildren, Ginny (Charles) Turberville, Nicki Thigpen, Niccollette Poole, Gracie Poole, Joel Sleister, A.J. (Amanda) Sleister, Lonnie P. Sleister, Danny Johnson, Kayla Weber, Madison Adams, Gavin Adams and Walker Dalton Adams; four great-grandchildren, Justin Turberville, Haley Sleister, Josh Sleister and Hunter Sleister; several nieces and nephews.
