Man-made rain

Anthony Duckworth, a City of Thomson supervisor, waters the plants on Main Street. The nearly 20 plants have been suffering with the lack of rain. "Since it hasn't seen fit to rain, we are helping things a bit. These are nice for us and for passersby. We sure don't want them to die," he said.
