THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Howard John Grishkat, 76, of Thomson, entered into rest June 4, 2005.
Survivors include one son, Sonny Marshall (Davida), Thomson; nieces, Debra Grishkat, Asheville, N.C., Linda Bellew, Chesapeake Bay, Va.; nephew, Frankie Grishkat, Phoenix, Ariz.
Mr. Grishkat was born in Pittsburgh, Penn., lived in Seminole, Fla., and lived in Thomson for the past 15 years. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and a member of Raysville Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Towns officiating. Interment followed in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, Thomson.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
