AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Debra Ann Cunningham West of Augusta, entered into rest Friday, May 21, 2004, at the Medical College of Georgia.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 28, 2004 at 12, noon at Macedonia Baptist Church. Burial was at Poplar Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, Thomson.
Mrs. West, a native of Augusta, was a 1970 graduate of Lucy Laney High School and received a degree in Secretarial Science from Augusta Technical College. She had been employed as a data clerk with Richmond Board of Education for twelve years and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband, James Clarence West, Sr.; devoted daughter, Tasha (Ronald) Cunningham, Augusta; two sons, Terrence West, Reginald West, Augusta; one brother, John Cunningham, Augusta; seven grandchildren; aunts, Pauline Allen, Augusta, Mamie Frazier, Baltimore, Md.; uncles, Tom Williams, Columbus, Ohio, Samuel Lee Williams, New Jer sey; father-in-law, James (Mary) West, Queens, N.Y.; grandmother-in-law, Rosa Lee McCullough, Augusta; five sisters-in-law, Patricia Cunningham, Vernell (John) Dent, Augusta, Belinda Womack, Tampa, Fla., Patricia West, Carolyn West, New York; brother-in-law, Marvin D. Rhodes, Augusta; sisters-in-Christ, Crecia Evans, Sylvia Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Williams Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
