HARLEM, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Tudor Huff, 77, wife of the late Homer H. Huff, Jr., entered into rest on Sunday, June 3, 2007, at Doctors Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Norris Chapel Church in Dearing, with the Rev. James McCollum officiating. Interment was in the Harlem Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Huff, a native of Augusta, was a former employee of Tracy Luckey Co., Inc, and had worked as an operator for BellSouth. She was proud of being Salutatorian for her graduating class from Dearing High School. She was a member of Dearing Church of God.
Survivors include two sons, Homer H. Huff, III, and Danny J. Huff, both of Harlem; one step-daughter, Cherrye Wilson, Hendersonville, N.C.; three brothers, George Tudor, Dearing, Dan Tudor, W.V., and Johnny Tudor, Toccoa; two sisters, Frances T. Clark and Lula T. Davis, both of Dearing; two grandchildren and three great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Charlie Tudor, III, Chris Davis, Craig Davis, Jacob Davis, Tim Tedesco, and Vernon Young. Honorary pallbearer was Chuck Davis.
