THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Johnny Beckworth, 43, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006 in Thomson Manor Health Care Center.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2006 in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating. Burial followed in the Harlem Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Beckwork was a native of Thomson. He had worked for Town & Country Meat Packing and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Wade Beckworth, and is survived by father and stepmother, George and Frances Beckworth of Thomson; three sisters, Patricia Beckworth of Thomson, Tina Weir of Dearing, Janice Noggle of Grovetown, and one brother, Ronnie Beckworth of Dearing.
