Mrs. Jean Waller Cartledge

WASHINGTON, Ga.- Mrs. Jean Waller Cartledge, 69, beloved wife of Mr. Jack Cartledge of Lincolnton Road, died Friday, June 11, 2004, in the University Hospital.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, June 13, 2004, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mike Stuphin officiating.
Mrs. Cartledge was a native of McDuffie County, but had lived in Washington for many years. She was a retired office clerk and a member of Thomson First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Cartledge, Washington; her daughter, Jan C. McCarty, Washington; her son, Jeffery L. Cartledge, Thomson; two sisters, Rachel Truitt, Washington, and Grace W. Hyatt, Norfolf, Va.; her brother, Bruce Waller, Harlem and two granddaughters, Jennifer McCarty and Jaime Cartledge.
