DEARING, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. Quillie Lee Hunt, Sr., 55, of Dearing, were held on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at 2 p.m. at the Poplar Head Baptist Church of Christ, Dearing, with the Rev. David Lowe, officiating. Interment was in the churchyard cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Hunt, Dearing; four sons, Jessie (Amanda) Hunt, Dearing, James (Hawa) Hunt, Quillie Lee (Devonya) Hunt, Jr., all of Charlotte, NC, Breco (Kenyatta) Davis, Thomson; three sisters, Mary Johnson, Helen (Eugene) McNair, Louise (Eddie) Curry, all of Dearing; three brothers, Willie Frank (Mary) Hunt, Levon Hunt, Glen Hunt, all of Dearing; seven sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; 13 grandchildren; two aunts; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
