THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Bobby Wren, 63, beloved husband of Mrs. Jo Ann Wren, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, in the Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 16, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Usry officiating. Burial was in the Reedy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Wren was a native of Jefferson County, but had lived in Thomson for many years. He was a carpenter, being a member of the Local 283. He was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church of Wrens. He was predeceased By his parents, Robert and Nellie Wren and a brother Jack Wren.
He is survived By his wife, Mrs. Jo Ann Wren, Thomson; his son, Bob (Dena) Wren, Thomson; granddaughter, Ivey Wren; his daughter, Michelle (Jesus) Moreno; grandchildren, Bo, Matthew, Nellie Maricella, Tori, Aaron, Marcos De Jesus and Sacneite (White Flower) Pallbearers will be Brian Youngblood, Al Clark, John Waller, Wayne Clark, Bo Wren, Willie C. Grant, and Mark Tapley.
At his request Honorary Pallbearers were his grandchildren and members of Local 283.
