The Davis family

Take Thomson's Davis family for example.
They make it a family event in the evenings to workout together at Health Link, McDuffie Regional Medical Center's Wellness Center.
Woody is the Chief Assistant District Attorney for McDuffie County and the Toombs Judicial Circuit. Woody's wife, Harriet, is a homemaker. Their son, Sam, finished his junior year at Thomson High School.
"It's something we look forward to, and it makes each of us feel better," Mr. Davis said.
Harriet joined Health Link in 2001, and enjoys the yoga classes. Woody joined a couple of years later and enjoys working out for stress management. Sam joined last year, and enjoys weight training. Collectively, the Davis family has lost more than 100 lbs. since joining Health Link.
