Mr. Judson R. McGahee
STAPLETON, Ga. - Mr. Judson R. McGahee, 88, widower of Mrs. Eva McGahee, of Stapleton, died Tuesday, June 14, 2005 in the Gibson Health & Rehab Center.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Seaman officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. McGahee was a native of Warren County. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Mount Beulah Baptist Church.
Survivors include his two daughters, Mrs. Jan (Leon) Cato, Thomson, and Mrs. Glenice (Robert) Stone, Cumming; his two sons, Donnie McGahee, Valdosta, and James (Karen Hyman) McGahee, Thomson; his three grandchildren, Robin Stone, Pam Gillespie, and Dairen Cato; his two great-grandchildren, Hannah Cato and Cole Cato; and his friend, Lonnie Gay.
Pallbearers were Sam Kitchens, Jr., Michael McGahee, Steve Davis, Hugh Hobbs, Gene Hubbard, and Mark Hobbs.
