METTER, Ga. - Mrs. Vivian Johnson Smith, beloved wife of the late Milo Smith, Sr., entered into rest June 16, 2008, at Candler County Hospital in Metter, Ga.
Mrs. Smith was a nurse's assistant at University Hospital for 25 years.
Graveside services were held Thursday, June 19, 2008, at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend George M. Webb officiating.
Survivors include daughters Eleanor (Matthew, Jr.) Steffney, Marietta, Ga., Beverly (Gerald) Broadhead, Southside, Ala.; grandchildren Matthew Steffney III., Atlanta, Ga., Kyla Steffney, Orlando, Fla., and Justin Broadhead, Southside, Ala.; sisters Eloise Cook, Union Point, Ga., Garland Dye, Camak, Myram Reese, Mesena, and Connie Buffington, Thomson.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Orven Johnson, and sisters, Ethma May and Lucy Bryant.
