THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Cora L. Mcelhaney, 82, wife of Stanley Mcelhaney, entered into rest Saturday, June 21, 2008, at the McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 23, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, Harlem, with the Bishop Mark Anderson officiating. Burial was held in Fallon, Nev.
Mrs. Mcelhaney was a native of Viann, Okla., and a resident of Thomson. She was a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints in Harlem and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley Mcelhaney; one son, Fred Mcelhaney of Utah and one brother, Lewis Warren of Oklahoma; two sisters, Berta Crello and Doris McGrew of California. Additional survivors include four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Starling Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
