The Augusta GreenJackets and the Thomson McDuffie Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to host the Thomson McDuffie County Community Night on Friday, July 27. In addition to ongoing beach festivities, the GreenJackets will honor two local residents, Thomson High School's Baseball Coach Terry Holder and Mayor Pro Tem Ken Usry, when they throw out ceremonial first pitches before the game.
Tickets for this fun-filled night at the ballpark with the GreenJackets and the Thomson McDuffie Chamber of Commerce start at $6 for General Admission, based on a minimum purchase of 10 tickets. All group members will receive a free program, free group hat, free parking and name recognition on the scoreboard and PA system.
The GreenJackets will be playing host to the Columbus Catfish. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
