THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Harry L. Anderson of Thomson and Douglas, Ga., entered into rest June19, 2007, at McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leon Parker officiating.
Mr. Anderson was a native of Georgetown, SC, and was the son of the late Ed Anderson and the late Minnie Lambert Anderson. He served in the National Guard and was retired as a machine operator from Augusta Newsprint with over 30 years of service.
Survivors include four daughters: Catherine C. Anderson, Thomson, Karen D. Anderson, Chicago, Illinois, Patty A. Doss and her husband Greg of Cleburne, Tex., Beth James and her husband Frank, Douglas, Ga.; two brothers: Bill Anderson and Ben Anderson of Georgetown, SC; a sister: Mary Parker- Georgetown, SC; and grandchildren: Meghan Doss, Ellen Doss, Stephen James, Michaela James and Mariah James
Additional survivors include his mother-in-law: Catherine P. Woodham, sister-in-law: Charlotte A. Woodham, brother-in-law: Robert M .Woodham (Noelle); and sister-in-law: Nancy E. Sieruta (Dave); and numerous nieces and nephews
