MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mrs. Maude Stephens Malin, 91, of Martinez, entered into rest June 28 at her residence.
She was the beloved wife of the late Julius Malin.
Survivors include, sons, Grady L. Malin - Augusta, Orie "Mack" Malin (Louise ) - Hephzibah, Timothy Malin, Sr. (Judy) - Martinez, Richard Malin, Sr. (Tina) - Hephzibah; daughters, Shirley Welch- Augusta, JoAnn Ferron (Gerald)- North Augusta, Rachel Luke (Marvin)- Grovetown; 22 Grandchildren and 38 Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Patsy Yeater and a grandson Calvin Malin.
Mrs. Malin was born in Avera, Ga., but lived in Augusta most of her life. She was a Homemaker and a member Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Grovetown, with Rev. Lucis Cato and Rev. Dewain French officiating. Pallbearers were Stephen Luke, Lewis Luke, Christopher Malin, Timothy Malin, Jr. Eric Malin, Daniel Carpenter, John McFadden, Jr., Joel McFadden, Jeffery McFadden and Richard Malin, Jr. in Iraq.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
