Hinesley is a qualified candidate for judge
Letter to the Editor
Voters in McDuffie, Wilkes, Lincoln, Warren, Glascock, and Taliaferro counties will be very fortunate on July 20th. On that day, the Toombs Judicial Circuit will have the opportunity to elect Hal Hinesley as Judge of Superior Court. Judge Hinesley is not only a man of the highest integrity; he is the only candidate with judicial experience. He has been the circuit's Juvenile Court Judge since the position opened in 2000. He was appointed from a group of seven candidates by the current Superior Court Judges.
A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Hinesley, age 54, has practiced law for 29 years. He has the most jury trial experience of the candidates,
Seldom does an electorate have the chance to choose one for the bench based on such maturity and experience. Rather than relying on a candidates' popularity or political acumen to make a choice, we can simply look at the facts. Hal Hinesley is the most qualified candidate and easily the smart choice!
