THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Mrs. Claudia M. Gaines was held on Monday, July 9, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Springfield Baptist Church, Thomson with the Rev. Henderson Roberson, Jr. officiating. Interment was in Westview Cemetery, Thomson.
Survivors are eight children, General L. Gaines Jr., Augusta, Gerald L. Gaines, California, Greg L. Gaines, Gene L. Gaines, Betty R. Gaines, Debra J. (Charlie) Gaines, Gary L. (Antonia) Gaines, Garvin L, Gaines, sister, Mrs. Mackie L. Turman, all of Thomson, eighteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
