Mrs. Alice T. Allen
Homemaker

THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Alice T. Allen, 75, widow of Mr. Marshall "Buck" Allen, died Friday, July 6, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Robert Andrews officiating. Burial was in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Allen was a native of Wilkes County, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include four daughters, Teena (Barry) Phillips, Tammy (David) Robertson, Tracie Allen Rabun, and Toni (Rob) Hudson, all of Thomson; two sons, Terry (Deanna) Allen and Troy (Dana) Allen, both of Thomson; two sisters, Ruth Fielder, Thomson, and Ethel Harper, Washington; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Ronnie Harper, Dennis Harper, Steve Brown, Mike Cushman, Wayne Wilson, and Mark Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers were Rusty Allen, Dan Allen, and Bobby Turpin.

Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
