College bound: Two Bulldogs sign hoops scolarships for next level Photos by Jim Wallace Bookie Reese, a point guard for the Thomson Bulldog Round Dogs, inked a pact with Carver Bible College in Atlanta last week. The three-year starter for Thomson averaged 16.8 points a game for Thomson last year. Present at the signing was Reese's godmother, Lastasha Johnson, Jr., and THS coach Michael Thomas. Alvin Wright puts the finishing touches on the image of Eddie Lee Ivery. Dantavious Lowe, a center on Thomson High School's basketball team, signed a four-year scholarship with Paine College last week. Mr. Lowe averaged 19.9 points and 8.7 rebounds a game for the Dogs last year. Thomson coach Michael Thomas said Lowe would probably play forward for the Lions.
