Michael Mathews and Jill Crutfield of Thomson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erika Mathews, to Art Harris, son of Debra Harris of Thomson. The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Sweetwater Baptist Church, Thomson.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Harry Thomas and the late Betty Thomas of Thomson and the late Lloyd and Louise Mathews of Thomson. She is a graduate of Thomson High School and will soon graduate from Georgia Southern University.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Bobby Harris of Covington and Joanne Harris of Thomson. He is a graduate of Augusta Christian School and will soon graduate from Georgia Southern University.
