Sign of change Robert Bryant and Jason Dawson, employees of Heritage Neon Signs, work to put up the Peebles sign in Thomson Plaza. Peebles is set to open Aug. 17, taking the place of the old Moore's. Peebles' Vice President Roger Blanchard said the company plans to retain most of the Moore's employees, including the store's management. Peebles purchased the Moore's chain earlier this year.
