Mr. Adam Kent, Sr. Retired Laborer GIBSON, Ga.- Mr. Adam Kent, Sr., 58, of Gibson, entered into rest Sunday, July 25, 2004 at University Hospital, Augusta, Ga. He was the beloved husband of the late Glennis Reese Kent. Graveside services were held Wednesday, July 28 at 2 p.m. at Sallie Hill Cemetery, Warrenton, with Rev. Rob Bray officiating. Mr. Kent was born in Glascock County to the late Watson Kent and Willie Bell Whitehead Kent. He had lived in Warren County several years. He was retired as a laborer. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Warrenton. Survivors include two sons, Adam Kent, Jr., Ooltewah, Tenn. and Glenn Kent, Thomson; one daughter, Lynn Kent, Gibson; four grandchildren, Michael Kent, Chris Kent, Brandon Kent and Ivey Wren and two step-grandchildren, Lee Murphy and Jessica Murphy.
