End of the summer season
The Thomson Summer League Girls' Fast-Pitch Softball season came to an end last Thursday with Thomson hosting Elbert County in a doubleheader at home. Thomson won both games. The Lady Bulldogs begin their regular season against Franklin County on Aug. 14 in a three-day tourney being hosted by Madison County High School near Athens.
