APPLING, Ga. - Funeral services for Ms. Jennie Benning, 82, of the Winfield Community, who died Friday, August, 4, 2006, were held on Sunday, August 6, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with Rev. Roscoe Perry officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are two sons, James Benning of Augusta and Robert (Mary Ann) Benning of Appling; a granddaughter, Sonya (Robby) Burns and a great-grandchild, Robby B. Burns, III, all of Augusta; a sister, Mrs. Francis Hill of Appling and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
