Mr. David Butler, Jr. HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. David Butler, Jr., 27, entered into rest Thursday, August 4, 2005 at his residence. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Stamp Branch Baptist Church, Warrenton, with Rev. Issac Barnwell officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Annette (Rickey) Usher of Hephzibah; two sisters, Emma (Benjamin) Okeke of Riverdale, Latoya P. Butler of Augusta; three brothers, Rickey Usher, Listopher Scott, both of Augusta, and Richard Usher of Vidalia; grandmother, Emma Johnson of Augusta; aunts, Devote Anglea Padgett, Pamela McCladdie, Janice Bell, Lavern Dunn and Betty Butler; three uncles, James Johnson, Mike Johnson and Larry Johnson; a devoted friend, Lavon Dunn; devoted god-aunt, Jackie Scott; and godmother, Regina Coachman.
