Mr. Augustus Hobbs Retired Military AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mr. Augustus Hobbs, 81, of Meadowbrook Drive, died Thursday, August 5, 2004, in the Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Mr. Hobbs was a native of Warren County, but had lived in Augusta for many years. He was retired from the military and was an Army veteran of WWII and Korean War. He was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church. Survivors include his sister, Audrey Moon, Thomson; two brothers, Clinton Hobbs, Thomson and W. Henry Hobbs, Dearing.
