THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Ressie Lynn Harn, 79, of Thomson, entered into rest August 8, 2006, at her residence.
Survivors include, daughters, Brenda Jackson, Monticello, Ga., Cloris Gunter, Thomson, Shirley Smith, Lexington, S. C., Teresa Nix, Monroe, Ga.; son, Wilbur Harn, Eatonton, Ga.; 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Harn was a native of Robinsville, N. C., but was a resident of Thomson since 1965. She was retired as a seamstress from Thomson Company. Mrs. Harn attended Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Harn, and two daughters, Wanda Carr and Robin Smith.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, August 11, 2006 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
