Mrs. Bessie Ross Johnson WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Bessie Ross Johnson of Warrenton, entered into rest on Monday, August 8, 2005 at Thomson Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Union Baptist Church in Hancock Co. Rev. Dr. J.A. Lockhart officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Survivors include three daughters, Alfreda Johnson and Dorothy Jones, Warrenton and Mattie Hill of Cambria Heights, NY; two sons, Jersey Johnson, Warrenton and Willie Johnson Ellerwood, GA; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
