WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mrs. Krysta Kitchens Moore, 41, died Thursday afternoon at MCG in Augusta.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 14, 2005 at 4 p.m. at Phillips Mill Baptist Church followed by interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Robert Rayner and Rev. C.E. "Butch" Baston officiated.
Mrs. Moore was born in Richmond County and was the daughter of Kenneth and Patricia Smith Kitchens. She was a housewife, and was a member of the Phillips Mill Baptist Church, where she taught the 1-2 grade Sunday School class and was the director for Children's Church. She also worked with the youth at the church on Wednesday nights.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Moore; four children, Colby Doyle Moore, Hannah Grace Moore, Valerie Moore (D.J.) Wheeler, and Tracy Reid Moore, all of Washington; her parents, Kenneth and Patricia Kitchens, of Thomson; one sister, Tammie K. (Lewis) Smith, of Thomson; one grandson, Mason James Wheeler; and was preceded in death by her brother, Ken T. Kitchens.

Hopkins Funeral Home in Washington was in charge of arrangements.
