NORWOOD, Ga.-- Mrs. Annie Jean Bedsole, 82, of Norwood, entered into rest Monday, August 9, 2004 at McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 Graveside at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Evangelist Donald Walton officiated.
Mrs. Bedsole was a native of Taliaferro County, daughter of the late Lucy Evans Wheeler and Lincoln F. Wheeler. She was a member of Norwood Baptist Church. She was the wife of the late Cicero P. Bedsole and a homemaker. She had been a resident of Warrenton Health and Rehab Center for the past three years.
Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Ruby W. and Algie Hinton of Warrenton; one nephew, Russell Hinton and his wife, Kim of Lawrenceville; two nieces, Lauren Walton and her husband, Evangelist Donald Walton, Julie Cook and a sister-in-law, Hope Wheeler, all of Kansas City, Mo., as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were W. F. Norris, Tommy Harwell, Phil Smith, Donnie Reese, David Harper, and Jimmy Yelton.
