THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Ms. Rose Mary Walker, age 43, of Thomson, were held on Sunday, August 20, 2006, at 3 p.m. at the Springfield Baptist Church with Rev. Felton Bradshaw officiating. Interment was in the Hickory Tree Cemetery.
Survivors include three children, Kifeney K. Walker and George A. Jones, both of Augusta, Quintron M. Walker of Thomson; two grandchildren, Mated and Khamia of Augusta; four sisters and eight brothers, Ethel Mae Thomas of Augusta, Rose (Dennis) Davis of Thomson, Mamie Bell of Chicago, Ill; a devoted sister and guardian, Beatrice "BB" Chamber (John Willingham) of Thomson, John Thomas Riley of Snead, Fla., Nathaniel Riley of Orlando, Fla., Willie Riley of Tallahassee, Fla., Cornelius Walker of Macon, Eddie (Zell) Walker of Atlanta, and Norris Riley of Hephzibah; devoted friend, Pam Wheeler, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
