BRUNSWICK, Ga, - Mr. Murray P. McGarvey, 35, of Brunswick, Ga., died July 30, 2006, from injuries sustained in a boating accident on Grand Lake, Okla.
A memorial service was held August 19, 2006, at Mary Ross Waterfront Park in Brunswick, Ga.
A graduate of The Citadel, Mr. McGarvey was the grandson of the late Ruth Burson and Roy R. Reeves.
He is survived by his mother, the former Genie Reeves McGarvey of Brunswick, his father Cormac McGarvey, Jr., and his twin brother, R. Kevin McGarvey of St. Simons Island.
Locally, he is survived by his aunt, Mary R. Sudlow, and an uncle, George R. (Helen) Reeves.
