Newsome joins McDuffie County Farm Bureau Mike Newsome has joined the McDuffie County Farm Bureau team as a Georgia Farm Bureau insurance agent, J. Robert Farr, McDuffie County Farm Bureau president, recently announced. Mike Newsome "We're very excited about Mike joining our team," Beth Baggett, McDuffie County Farm Bureau agency manager, said. "We feel he will be a valuable asset in meeting the needs of our current and future clients." A native of McDuffie County, Mr. Newsome lives in Thomson and is a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Melisa and Shannon. The McDuffie County Farm Bureau insurance team offers a complete line of insurance products from the Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, the state's largest domestic property/casualty insurance company.
