Ms. Etta Belle Baxter AUGUSTA, Ga.- Ms. Etta Belle Baxter entered into rest Friday, August 20, 2004 at University Hospital. Ms. Baxter was a native of Mississippi, but made her home in Augusta. She served in the United States Army and was a retired nurse. She is survived by a son, Allen Baxter; daughters, Carrie Easten, Bonnie Tebeau, Connie Long, Jeanne Peterson, Christina Baxter; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Services were held Wednesday, August 25 at 1 p.m. at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Ga. Web posted on Thursday, September 2, 2004
