Mrs. Shirley Ann Rhodes Homemaker APPLING, Ga.- Mrs. Shirley Ann Rhodes, 67, beloved wife of Mr. A.S. Rhodes, entered in to rest Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at the residence. Funeral services were conducted from the Graveside on Friday, August 20, 2004, at 1 p.m., at the Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. David Pittman officiating. Mrs. Rhodes was born in Augusta. She was a Homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother and a dedicated wife and will be missed greatly by all who loved her. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Joe Rhodes of Appling and Bruce Mason of Thomson; one daughter, Gail McKenzie of Martinez; two sisters, Bonnie Marano of Appling and Doris Hope of Augusta; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
