THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Bobby Jones, 69, beloved husband of Mrs. Sally Williamson Jones, died Thursday, August 28, 2008, at Doctors Hospital.
Graveside services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2008, in the Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Jimmy Martin officiating.
Mr. Jones was a native of Twin City, Ga., but had lived in Thomson for many years. He was the owner of B.J. Golf Cars. He attended Fort Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Tommy Williamson.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sally W. Jones, Thomson; three daughters, Debbie (Clarence) Moon, Thomson, Kathy (Antonio) Baldazo, Oklahoma, and Kathy Wade, Oklahoma; a son, Scotty Jones, Oklahoma; his grandson, Robert Moon; a brother, Johnny Jones, Augusta; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
