Mr. Harold Thomas Wille

THOMSON, GA - Entered into God's presence on Monday, August 28, 2006, at St. Joseph Hospice, Mr. Harold Thomas Wille, beloved husband of Zuline Johnson Wille.

Mr. Wille, a native of Butterfield, MN, had lived in Thomson since 1966. He served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea with an Honorable Discharge from Fort Gordon as a Sergeant. Retired from Rutgers Organics Corp., Mr. Wille, 75, was a faithful member and Trustee of First United Methodist Church. His family said, "He loved his family and Psalm 23."

In addition to his wife, Mr. Wille is survived by his daughter, Linda Wille Evans of Augusta; his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Bob Rabun of North Augusta; his daughter, Vickie Wille Durden of Ft. Lauderdale; his son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Ashley Wille of Atlanta; six lovely granddaughters: Sarah Evans, Lauren Rabun, Lucy Wille, Alden Wille, Isabella Wille, Dawson Wille; a sister, Margaret Green of Butterfield, MN; a brother, Allen Wille of Anchorage, AK; a brother, Franklin Wille of Mankato, MN; a brother, Gilbert Wille of Australia and a sister, Shirley Riihl of Mountain Lake, MN.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 31, 2006 at 4 p.m., at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Kerr and Rev. Liza Marler officiating. Interment followed in Westview Cemetery in Thomson. Pallbearers were his nephews and great nephews: John Allen Johnson of Augusta, Denton L. Johnson Jr. of Augusta, Larry Johnson of Myrtle Beach, Barry Hunt of Thomson, Greg Lamb of Stapleton, Jeremy Johnson of North Augusta, Josh Johnson of Athens, Matthew DeLoach of North Augusta, and Mark Starling of Harlem.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Thomson, or St Joseph Hospice.

Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
