Bobby and Jessica Murphey of Ramstein, Germany, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Emma-Ruth Elizabeth Murphey. Emma-Ruth was born at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany, on July 9, 2008. She weighed 8 lbs., 4 oz., and was 20.7 inches long.
