THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. Michael E. Adams, 41, of Thomson, were held on Saturday, September 9, 2006, at 1 p.m. at the Poplar Head Baptist Church of Christ, Dearing, with Rev. Michael Thomas officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are a son, Dontavious Calhoun of Thomson; mother, Rosa Gant Barbour of Thomson; two brothers, Andre Barbour of Thomson and Tony Adams of New York; two stepbrothers, Kenny, Jr.; stepsisters, Gwendolyn Acia of Pittsburg and Kimberly Barbour of Tallahassee, Fla.; other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
