Rindi Lenore Rozier of Thomson and Lawton Hunt Harbeson of Thomson, were married Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004, in Cancun, Mexico.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Cleveland Rozier, III of Statesboro and the granddaughter of Julia Rozier and the late F.C. Rozier of Brooklet, and the late Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Lanier of Brooklet.
Cindi Rozier Hart of Brooklet, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Abigail Hunt Sandifer of Thomson, niece of the groom, served as the flower girl.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Harbeson of Thomson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Harbeson, Sr. of Thomson, and Dixie Hunt of Thomson and the late Robert H. Hunt of Thomson.
Robert E. Harbeson of Thomson, father of the groom, served as best man. Benjamin K. Harbeson of Thomson, brother of the groom, served as a groomsman. Andrew Francis Hart of Brooklet, nephew of the bride, served as the ring bearer.
Rosemary Claire Harbeson, sister of the groom, read a special poem during the ceremony.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Statesboro High School. She is a 1995 graduate of Emory University with a bachelor's degree in political science and sociology. She is a 1998 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University. She is currently employed as an assistant district attorney with the Toombs Judicial Circuit.
The groom is a 1992 graduate of Thomson High School. He is a 1997 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in civil engineering. He is currently a licensed professional engineer with Shepherd Construction Company in Atlanta.
After enjoying a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Thomson.
