THOMSON, Ga.- Mrs. Teresa Anne Carlisle, 40, of 5585 Dean Road, Thomson, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Ave. with burial at 2 p.m., in Evergreen Cemetery, Perry. The Rev. Lee Bennett and Jeff Terry officiated.
Mrs. Carlisle was born in Macon and had lived in Middle Georgia before moving to Thomson two years ago. She was the daughter of the late Phyllis Weekley Howard Carlisle and was a member of East Macon United Methodist Church. Mrs. Carlisle was employed by the Waffle House in Thomson where she was waitress/cook.
Survivors include her husband, Al Carlisle, Thomson; children, Lacie and Billy; father and stepmother, James B. and Carolyn Carlisle, Macon; brother, Keith Carlisle, Macon; sister, Alisha Edwards, Statesboro; and several nieces and nephews.
