Miss Sara Kate Shivers HARTWELL, Ga.- Miss Sara Kate Shivers, 84, of Hartwell, entered into rest Sept. 6, 2004, at Hart County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Shivers and the late LeVert Dyer Shivers. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Kennedy officiating. Interment followed in the Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery. Miss Shivers was born in Warren County, lived in Washington for 35 years, but lived in Hartwell since 1995. She was also a homemaker and a member of Prospect United Methodist Church. Survivors include a sister, Miriam Welborn, Hartwell; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were nephews. Web posted on Thursday, September 16, 2004
