DEARING, Ga. - Mrs. Sheila Meadows Kelley, of Dearing, entered into rest September 10, 2008, at her residence.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2008, at the Fort Creek Baptist Cemetery with Revs. Boyd Reeves and Joe Walden officiating.
Mrs. Kelley was born in Augusta, but lived in McDuffie County most of her life. She was the daughter of the late William Jiggs Meadows and the late Edna Tudor Meadows. Mrs. Kelley was retired from the State of Georgia and was a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include a son, Tracey Kelley (Cathy), Dearing; daughter, Penny Kelley (Randy Murphy), Dearing; five grandchildren, Ashley Kelley, Amy Kelley, Will Kelley, McKenzie Whitaker, and Payton Kelley.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
