THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. George R. Boyd, 57, were held Saturday, September 16, 2006 at Woodlawn C.M.E. Church at 1 p.m. with Rev. Nathan Jones officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are two daughters, Adrienne S. Boyd, Appling, Yvette Dorsey, Thomson; two sons, Aaron G. Boyd, Augusta, George R. Walker, Jackson, Miss; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Martha L. Bennett; two brothers, Willie F. Boyd and Eddie R. Boyd, all of Harlem; other relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
