Thomson High School is throwing a community pep rally for the Bulldogs.
The event is scheduled for Sept. 29 - the night before Homecoming - starting at 7:30 p.m. in The Brickyard.
Organizers are looking for the oldest football player, cheerleader and band member from R.L. Norris High School and Thomson High School.
Prior to the pep rally, there will be a Bulldog Buggy contest, where entrants are encouraged to decorate their vehicle so it looks like a bulldog. The cars will be parked in the Board of Education parking lot starting at 6:30 p.m. A prize will be awarded for the best entry.
